Back to the Grind

After my mentor was out for a while due to a personal reason, he finally found his way back and was able to begin working again. This weekend, my mentor and I had a meeting regarding the future of our project and how we would approach it. We made a game plan as to what I had to learn in order to create my product. We made a timeline as to how much work we had to put in each week in order to make this the best possible product. We decided that this was an appropriate product to make given our time of 5 months and we will tackle it to the best of our abilities. We are still working on the finer details of the product and I will have that to you all when we have made a firm decision. Until then, research, practice and thinking must take place. My mentor also introduced me to a good friend of his who is willing to help us with our project. He is interested in the project and has a background in biology, computer science and technology. I believe his input could also be very helpful during this project.
